Somebody messed the mosaik up
That is unfortunate. When I was building the mosaic, some people suggested that I mortar it. However, I didn't have the time to do so. Logistically, it would have been very difficult to mix mortar in that isolated area. It was a very enjoyable experience spending time in those hills.
